How we build templates

Step 1: Research

We watch how people actually use Notion. What breaks. What they keep asking for. What they hack together when no template fits.
Step 2: Build and dogfood

We build the template, then use it in real work for weeks. If it does not survive that, it does not ship.
Step 3: Ship and refine

We publish, read every reply, and push updates to every paid template for life.
