Refund and Return Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (Notion templates, digital downloads, and digital tools), all sales are final. Once a product is purchased and access or a download link is provided, it cannot be returned, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a non-refundable digital item.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be “returned.” Once you have duplicated a Notion template into your workspace or downloaded a file, you have full access to the intellectual property. Offering refunds opens the potential for abuse of our products.

3. Exceptions

We stand behind our products. While we do not offer standard refunds, we will gladly assist you or offer a replacement under the following rare circumstances:

• Defective or Corrupt Files: If the template link is broken, the file is corrupt, or the product is fundamentally flawed and unusable.
• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same template more than once in a single transaction.

If you experience either of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We respond within 2 business days.

4. App Products

If you purchase a paid Fayedtion app (Android app or other digital tool), refund eligibility is subject to the platform’s own refund policy (e.g., Google Play’s refund policy). Contact us if you need help navigating a refund request through a third-party platform.

5. Chargeback Policy

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback for a valid purchase is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with documented proof of purchase and delivery, and to restrict future access to Fayedtion products for accounts that misuse this process.
